I found the staff cute and helpful. Any questions i had were addressed promptly. my room was clean and simple in design, but felt luxurious and comfortable. air conditioning was a definite plus during the heat. the bed was lovely. I had one of the best night's sleeps in years. breakfast offered a great variety, and allergens were clearly marked.
the absence of a luggage rack in the room made unpacking slightly less convenient.

this hotel sits just beside the city wall offering incredibly easy access to sightseeing spots, which i appreciated greatly. it is a short walk to the train station. the surrounding area felt very safe, even late at night.

my room included a coffee machine, which was a very welcome amenity each morning, and the tv had youtube. the bathroom was spacious and well-lit. the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing for restful sleep at any time of day.

the breakfast offered gluten-free bread. the spa had multiple saunas, which were very clean and well-maintained. the courtyard provided a quiet space for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable, with options.
I found the pillows to be quite bad with a weird balloonish filler. They were not comfortable at all. the soundproofing wasn't great either. I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. this was a letdown for a boutique hotel experience i expected.

The breakfast buffet had such variety! i loved that there were options for everyone. plus, the staff were wonderful. They even arranged soy yogurt for me. This was such a thoughtful touch!

The breakfast had ample food options. The staff was friendly and polite. The bed was very comfy and tidy.
The pillows had a strange filler. I found the soundproofing between rooms inadequate. I think two connecting doors are not suitable for a boutique hotel.
